Focus On Your Successes

As you are on your way of accomplishing your goals, you may sometimes find yourself not progressing as you would like. One way to keep you moving forward is to think about the successes you have had in your life. When you begin to think about your successes, you will begin to think about things that make you feel good, and when you are feeling good you are going to keep moving forward towards your goal(s). Go ahead and make a list of all the successes you have had in your life. Write down every success, no matter how small they were. It can be anything. Just be sure to really think about all the successes you have had. The more the better. Once you have completed this, make copies of it, and place them where ever you spend most of your day. Keep it in a place where you can easily reach for it when you need that extra boost of motivation. Try it. It has worked wonders for me, and I believe it can help you moving forward towards your goals.
